Is there any value to these , Harpoon Head

I saw one of these today, rusty though not beyond cleaning, the very end of the tip chipped off.
No markings visible, though there might be if cleaned. The Reptile that was selling it (who I presume didn't
know what it was) wanted $100 Cdn ( 59 pounds). I thought $35 - $50 might be more in line.
I would imagine it is a 20th century thing.

Any one have any idea of value on a Harpoon Head ?

Yikes - well we know what it's not worth even in much better condition.
I'll go back and if it's still there see if a better deal can be done ~
Just something odd to add to the odd stuff already here, maybe.
