What is this projectile 3" WW2 Canadian

Not mine, unsure what it is, doesn't seem to be fully marked.

The fuze well looks like the standard 2"

"length 10 5/8*

dia. 3" exactly

Weight 14 lbs

On the plug there is a date 2 - 41

Markings on body are........................................SE

88430

7-3

and immediately beneath that an oval with a broad arrow in it."

Well, I pried it from the still warm hands of my friend and it's home now :xd: .

I had by chance the casing for it here, bought it just because I hadn't seen one before
a year ago or so. I was about to sell it off as I had no hope of a projectile and Bingo
here we are ! Eventually a fuze will show up.
