I have been sent these photos of this shell, anyone know what it is? Also would be grateful for any other info about it?

Approx measurements that I have been given are 33.5 cm tall, 11.3 cm diameter.

Hello,

Exactly same shape and dimensions as this 4.5in HE (narrow band) found on ww1 battlefield.
Don't know the Mk.
