Fuze nationality and designation?

Can anyone advise the nationality of this fuze? For 75mm shrapnel projectiles looking at the adaptor ring. Similar to Russian, but not quite!

French T&P Schneider "EC5 bis" made for export.
I think this one is for Serbia with designation M1907A.

I don't know what mean letters of this designation
Schneider gave this kind of nomenclature for export fuzes.
I know others : E.S.C and E.S.
