40mm Drill N2 factory ?

I think it's British and I don't have a listing for 'SE'.

In 1952 approval was given for a new system of nomenclature for all future weapons and ammunition. The British Army used a 'L' prefix, the Royal Navy used a 'N' prefix, the Air Force were meant to use an 'A' prefix. The Canadians 'C' and the Australians 'F'. I don't think the Canadians and Australians differentiated between their services. Thus, it would appear the 'N' makes it a Royal Naval item.
