C.C. & F - Canadian Car & Foundry
There's a number of options for the primer, but Willey & Co., of Exeter are the most likely manufacturer.

Hello,
The manufacturer CC&F is not common and difficult to find. His output has been low. I present what I have, perhaps it could be of some interest. I take in consideration, regarding the example shown by ozziammo, the following things:
The lot 9J (letter J of the 9th lot); The date 16 11 15 for me it is the date of acceptance ( but perhaps it is the date of filling?); and the initials of the inspector J.C.
Letters JC lot 1C date 9 7 15; lot 14M date 20 12 15; lot21V date 5 2 16.The last one is not certain because there is only the letter C. ( bad bunter?)
Letters HH lot 38P date 20 6 16 ( also not certain, only one H); lot 45-E date 9 9 16; lot 53-R date 22 1 17.
Letters HP lot 55W date 17 5 17.
PS: During a time the inspector JC had worked also in the firm MAC.I have:
18 8 15 lot 11L; 27 9 15 lot 32J; 22 10 15 lot 52U. The remplaced by BA.
