RUSSIA 76 mm SHELL

Can anyone tell me more information about this SHELL? Looks like Russian OF-350. Dimensions is the same, but marks are different after - mark serial number start 2. Color is red, is this from other country factories or? More information is helpful.

It is definitely a OF-350. "KTM-1" is the correct Russian fuse for this shell. However, I have never seen the fuse type marked on them before or the use of red lettering. Is it possible Finnish forces added new markings after they were captured?

i think Finnish forces not do it ,,first mark is russian Ч =ts ,,full text something like this Ч2-2??36,,any ideas ?
 
I just noticed that I have an OF-350 marked the same way in red. The markings are faint, and I never noticed them till now. It has a 1935 date, so this appears to be something the Russians did before WWII.
