Although this round has been posted before, thanks to M8 Owner for some great posts, I thought it worth putting up a few pictures of this example as it has the original paint stamps in place. The M1943 regimental gun was a combination of the carriage from the 45mm anti-tank gun with a 76mm barrel firing a cartridge 167mm long. I cannot clean the case without risk to the paint marking but it was made in 1944 at plant 184. The full round designator is YOF-344 and it was completed in 1944.
