Just found out these are Cartridges for the Limbo Anti Submarine mortar 10 (A/S 10), the ultimate development of the Hedgehog forward throwing A/S system.i will be putting them in the classifieds when i get time
 
They are made from cut down 3 inch 20 CWT cases. You can still see the original head stamps.
