Membership difficulty

I have a mate here in Australia that has been trying to get BOCN membership without success for over a month.
He's filled in the registration twice and has sent emails, but has had absolutely no response and can't sign in.
He's using an Apple iMac laptop.
What does he have to do to get membership? Thanks

Same for me with a fellow collector, using a normal windows computer..... no succes logging after filling in the registration.

Can one of the admins please respond. What does my mate have to do to get membership? He's a very experienced and long time collector that would be an asset to the forum.
