Alpine, is this a predecessor of the S/26 fuze?

No, definitely not. The S/26 is a Krupp invention and was produced by Krupp only. This prussian fuze is a invention of the prussian state laboratory of Spandau. It looks like a Dopp.Z.98 altered for a longer burning time.
