    81mm Practice Mortar Bomb

    Hi,

Can anyone help with identification of this 81mm Practice Mortar Bomb?

The only visible markings are "2 - 49" on the body.

Overall length is approx. 34 cm.

I would be grateful for any info. on the nationality and designation.

    Thanks in anticipation.

    Gary

Italian used a similar practice round (Brandt shape).
Other countries used shell with similar design, Romania for example (made by Voina)
