    Number in body F-1 Polish

    Hi at all.
    A question
What is the meaning of this number (see image) that appears on the body of the F-1 grenade of Polish origin?
I think it's a Polish grenade, is not it?

    Thanks in advance

31 can be an unknown factory in Hungary as well.

I'm guessing it is factory/foundry number?
