1944 unknown fuze

I cannot find this fuze in my books/paperwork, I think it is German 1944, stamps not clear read cqk 44 Wg? Z3??, it is made of steel, and has 3 tangs (clips) holding the centre piece in position
It does fit a 3.7cm FLaK/PaK projectile

It is the Wgr Z 38 C as used on the mortar shells of 5, 8, 10 and 12 cm.
