First war 9 cm shrapnel shell...??

Hi all,
Have a 9cm twin banded shrapnel shell body, similar in style as the typical German 9cm shraps that surface now and then, but this one has 2 grooves in the lower driving band, and what looks to be cyrillic stamps in the base, leading me to think it may be a Turkish piece? No stamps on the side.
Looking through my notes on German shells, 9cm's are featured but not with this type of driving band.
Pics might reveal more....
Any help ID'ing this piece would be appreciated.

Starshell. Compare your projectile to my post from 20 June 18. I would like to compare dimensions since my item also has the two groove drive band. Ron.
