What a wonderful movie, made in EU, but in English https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1435513/. It has nothing to do with war, even though Crimean War is mentioned once. London, 1880's, a medical doctor is treating hysteria in a new way. Based on true events, this comedy WILL excite you. I am amazed at the ending, with Queen Victoria, but today's world is different.....
