Unknown Plastic Fuze.

Who can identify this odd fuze- type and use? Nicely sectioned.
I was told it may be Belgian. Why does it have 4 wires and rings?
Thread is 16mmx1.0 59mm long. 20mm body or29mm across the hooks.

its a NR 410 tripwire fuze from Belgium.it goes on the NR 413 landmine.the 4 wires are trip wires that are spread out in different places to increase the chance of someone tripping the mine
 
They come in sand color too, to match the sand colored mines.

And don't forget the transparant version.
These were used during traininglessons (to show how the fuze worked)
