These light grey links are stamped with an "eggtimer" design and a letter ..... M or R or H on the five specimens available.
I am guessing that they are Soviet/Russian because they seem like a larger version of my #7 and #8 previously offered for identification .....
These are therefore probably for 30x155B or 30x165 rounds. Not big enough for 30x210B

I think these are for navy use because they are painted to protect them from corrosion,whereas most other links are phosphated
 
For the 30mm 2A42 Soviet cannon ( 30 x 165 ),AFV, Helicopter and Naval mounts.
The hourglass symbol is 'Shtamp', plant176, Tula
