M43A1 Fuze and unknown Dummy Fuze.

I would like to identify the Dummy fuze shown with a M43A1 for comparison.
It has no markings and came with the adaptor shown. Some blue paint on base and nose tip.

The M43A1 is marked: MECH TIME FUZE M43A1 E.M. V.P.B. LOT 1732-46
The nose cap is cast alloy. 1946? Who is the maker?
