Help with ID MK1?????

Picked this one up at a local flea market. Looks like a MK1 body. But a little different. Got it home and a MK1 fuze does not screw in correct, but a MK2 fuze screws in perfect. The plug for the bottom is inside, someone must have screwed it all the way through and inside.

Any help would be great as I am not sure about this one. But it was only $7. so no worries either way.

Check your fuse . MKI &MKII fuse threads are the same. Grooves look suspect to me.

Checked my fuzes again. You are correct both thread in, there was a bit of rust and dirt on the one fuze so I think that is what was not letting it thread in nice.

Anyone else have thoughts on this one? Could it be from another country or type then the MK1?

THanks
