10.5cm German HE projectile information needed

I have what I think is a German Naval 10.5cm HE projectile. It has a sintered iron driving band, a threaded plate for the gain and a threaded hole for a base tracer. The projectile looks to me to be of a first war design that has been modified, perhaps prior to the second war. There is a faint naval mark by the stamped numbers but no date and no other marks visable. I've not seen this type of projectile before, can anyone offer any information or reference on it?

Many thanks

D

Hello,
As you already know, genaral construction and dimensions of this shell match with ww1 german 10.5cm L/3.6,
but with new base with crimp groove and something like a FES driving band.
I assume this modified shell was used during ww2. On my bad documentation, shells are fuzed with ZtZ s/60, s/30 and KZ nA f.Spgr.

Regards
