Attached are a couple of photos of a half sectioned 105mm apds projectile.
There must be an unbelievable amount of skill in making something like this.
Does anyone out there know how much these cost to produce in the first place?
Dave.

Hi thanks Rick, yes I've come across that list before and was a bit unsure about it. It seems to be a mix of old (17 pounder) and new (TERM etc.) Surely 17 pounder ammunition is not still being supplied is it?? If its a collectors list its a hell of a nice choice form someone with a very fat bank balance.

Dave.

WOW I see what you mean now, that site could keep me going for weeks!!
Nice bit on tanks - buy your own M-1A2 SEP Abrams III w/Hard-Kill APS for
$3,106,406!!!!!!!!

Dave.

Here's a list. Not sure if it's just the projectile price or the complete round. $575 for a 105 APDS. No clue where it gets the info.

hehehe

If you look thru the site.... its for a video video game

The items in question are for a role-playing game, Twilight 2000.

Q: The prices you list don't make any sense. How close to reality are they?
A: They bear no resemblance to reality whatsoever (except possibly by coincidence). They are more a reflection of the items' relative worth in game terms.
