110mm rocket

Can anybody tell me what rocket this is?
Complete length : 2,25 mtr (2250mm)
Diameter 110 mm
Visable warhead length incl fuze : 490 mm
Pipe motor 1,755 mtr (1755 mm)
Venturi and fins 190 mm
The warhead is a thick walled fragmentation warhead.

I assume it's a LARS rocket.
Does anybody have a type designation and drawings, also of the aluminium impact fuze.

Thanks in advance,
Regards, DJH

The white marking U makes me think to a german rocket (practice-drill). Example of this marking (375 ASM)
I'm also looking for info on a german 110mm rocket, maybe the same launcher : https://www.bocn.co.uk/threads/id-110-rocket.108494/

So could be 110mm DM11 HE FRAG (or DM28 - remnants of blue paint) modified as classroom model (U = Unterricht)

Well, the fuze still has it's inner works with geartrains, and the head is filled with red tar. The great question fof me is if I can change it into a cutaway model of a live version. Therefore I need a drawing to see the inner works like boosters and smoke boxes in the warhead and grids and igniters in the motor
