I managed to add this drill round to my collection.
Very differnt construction to any other I have seen. It would appear as though it was specially manufactured as a drill, rather than using a spent case.
What makes it more intersting, and this is the question, it would also appear a if it was used with a "Live" primer for practice purposes. It has a tube / "barrel" down the centre, not the normal metal rod. The tube is attatched to the base section with sufficient room to accomodate a primer.
