Hi everybody Usually , 13.2 Hotchkiss is bearing a 13.2 H headstamp for export contracts ( any manufacture ie. France , Belgium, Kynoch); Here we have 13.2 S . I would like to know the meaning here of 13.2 S, would it be a specific contract , which country
Thanks for your help

Welcome to bocn Phil12 hopefully one of the small arms collectors will be able to answer this for you

I am away from home at present so cannot check my Kynock drawings. If the primer annulus is green then it is probably an AP round as Kynoch tended to use British colour codes on their contract ammo.

I am back at home at the weekend so will have a look then.

Hello,
I realise that 13.2 S is simply for "S"ervice ball with a mild iron core ! This is confirmed by Kynoch factory dwg #BK82/69A and this kind of hstp was used for a Chilian Navy commission
cheers
