152mm projectile ID needed

I am not up to speed with post war ammo but would like get some detail about this projectile. Although the top sits comfortably on the bottom piece, both are internally threaded so I suspect there was either a joining ring or another piece that is missing. There is a metal 'skirt' at the base which is similar to that found on the British squeezebore ammo. It is dated 1967. All contributions gratefully received!

Many thanks.
