Can't help with a positive ID, but some things strike me.
The part of the projectile beneath the drivingband is heavily corroded, while the part above looks in great shape.
The lower part seems of typical German construction for 15mm AP, but the drivingband does not.
There are however experimental German 15mm AP of quite deviate construction, drivingbands included.
Is the projectile base solid, or Halloween out (like standard 15x96 AP-T) with just no tracer compound present?
Iff weight is to high for it's size ... I wouldn't rule out German 15mm exp. APHC
