Hello munfrosch,
I think you have there a 9 cm Gr 14a.
The fuze is another problem because it seems to be a K.Z. 16 m.V but the booster is not corresponding. Other problem, the 9cm Gr 14a is previous with H.Z. 14 Vorst (on belgian theatre).
So, it's all I can say.

We are looking for, but have some problems for id !
From where is it coming ?
The rotating belt like belgian or french.
can you see some markings on the shell or on the fuze ?

the 130 mm is a russian illumination round for the 130 mm M-46 gun, so it's after WW2...
