20 mm ? Update

I contacted a few gun stores here in the US that deal with vintage military surplus regarding my 20mm (MK3-26) projectile for advice. One person who I spoke to was very knowable and highly advised me not to try to unscrew the frozen fuse, even thou he thought the round has probably been made safe. But without 100% proof you have to assume its a live round and treat it like it is live. His advice echoed the advice I received from Falcon and the pm's from this forum.

I put in a few calls to friends that have friends in law enforcement/police agencies. They are looking into contacting there local bomb removal teams on my behalf.

I'll keep you posted on any progress and thank you once again for all your help.
