28 x 187 R PzB 41 questions

I've been asked some questions about one of these which I'd appreciate some help with.

The headstamp has 5i at 12:00, P 345 at 9:00, 1940 at 3:00 and the usual eagle stamp at 6:00.

The outer projectile tip is gone, but the core is there, with a rusted band with the 5 "vent" holes. (Or whatever they are.)

The core of this one is not magnetic at all, so what type of bullet would it be?

What's the difference between the 5i on the headstamp, compared with the 5a which I have?

Any idea of the value?

Thanks,

P345 is factory code; Silva-Metallwerke ( part of Polte ). 5i, 5a and similar are lot numbers.

Core is made of Tungsten and thus non-magnetic.

value depends on condition, good ones are quite rare but less good ones are plenty available.
