57mm ID please

I am trying to ID the projectile on the right in the picture below. The one on the left is a 57mm Belgian with the typical driving band, whilst the one on the right is obviously different. It is 190 mm tall and the base is marked with a '19' and a 'No' with two dash lines under the 'o'.

At first I thought that a socket had been inserted in the thread but on closer inspection it appears to be originally made without thread. I have seen other projectile calibers with a smooth pocket, so is this for practice? All information welcomed.

N° with a double dash can be the abbreviated sign of French "NUMERO". I should must be followed by a serial number.

Thanks Yoda. I didn't realise that the French used such a driving band on their projectiles.

I wrote just that the N° with double dash could be a French language marking.

Your shell, and his driving band, is very similar on the German 5,7cm Spgr (Kz)

I can't explain the French (?) marking on a German shell !
