Hi All,
Have recently acquired a case where the maker's mark in the headstamp is FBS, with the "BS" part much smaller, raised up, and underlined. Can anyone tell me who made this case please?
It seems to be a standard Mk.III case, made 11/1918, and never primed or loaded, (it has no crimp marks or CF in the headstamp), and no Lot number. It does have the "Sale" mark of 2 broad arrows point to point. Presumably made too late in the war to be required, so sold off.
Thanks,
Roger.
