It's not a modified Az15 but an adapter for the french gaine 36.1/47.5 1899 (same arrangment as on your picture but the adapter is not made of brass).
I found one with the brass adapter in the North of France, I identified it as "7.65cm Sprgr 272 (j)"

very interesting, I am sure the cases are not really 8 cm cases. They were threaded for Krupp primers and have adapters for austrian primers. This adapter contains a yugoslavian copy of the austrian primer.
I hope I am not stealing your time, but could you please meassure the base diameter of the case, the thickness of the base and diameter of the case just above the base? I could imagine that these cases once were Krupp 75x278R. I am not sure if there was a discussion about these converted cases somewhere else? After looking at the last photos I can see adapters from Krupp primer thread to austrian primer thread on Minenaz's photos too.
