Herewith pictures from another forum (in cyrillic) :
Interesting 75mm shell (or close) with two driving bands and remnants of fuze like german ww1 Lkz11gr or Kz11gr.
Maybe RSW marking could be a clue.

I think it was a shell for 7,5 cm M.15 which was later modified for a different gun. The width of the lower band has been reduced. The upper band may have been added to increase the diameter.

But without any further details like the rifling count it remains guessing...
 
You are right! I found one reference for such a double banded shell: 75 mm bulgarian cartridge M.23 adapted for 8 cm Skoda anti aircraft gun M14 & M.14/25 & M.5/8 in (improvised) anti aircraft carriage.

With a K.Z.14 it seems they adapted the shells also for normal Austro-Hungarian 8 cm field guns. Most probably they also replaced the rear driving band with a larger one.
