A Deception that never ends - Faked Fire Buckets-

In the Toronto Canada A. H. Wilkens auction, a "High End " outfit of sorts.
Here we have the usual crap Clarkson container being passed off as a
Georgian fire bucket - I alerted them to the error of ther ways, knowing
one of the staff, but I haven't heard back. This deception - fraud has been
going on with these since the 1950s -

one of the 'best' I saw at an antiques fair was a conical fuze cover being sold as an antique candle snuffer. when pointed out the error the seller was rude and said I did not know anything about antiques.
