A little late and not at all "New"...

It seems that the introduction to the coalition troops is actually another favorite of mine. And, it isn't "New" either. They work well against light armor but not on tanks. If you watch the movie of the guy/boy throwing one you'll see that he has had a chance to at least practice with one before. It makes a great B/T too if you know how to use as such. But one that will never forgive you for trying.

Yes, not exactly the newest and greatest technology.

These are just RKG-3EM grenades that have been around Iraq in abundance since before Desert Storm. Saddam apparently bought a lot of them, some with Russian markings and lots with export markings in English. And the basic RKG-3 has been around since the 1950s. One of my favorites too.

I foresaw the adoption of this one...

Now, I realize that that this is old news to allot of people, especially to those of you in the military and EOD Techs in the UK, but I have been watching her birth thru production and this grenade is just simply THE BEST at the moment. Even my Avitar shows her grace in design and with different sizes of steel frag balls surrounding her she is outstanding. The UK has had it for a year or so? I have heard good reviews over across the pond within the military of the UK. Good for you guys! Wish we would go to it also!
