First look it appears to be a Merkava clone

Very similar to an Israieli tank,hmmm,

I have no clue as to how similar they are, but my first quick view did make me think immediately of the Merkava MkIV.
There are some quiet links between the Israeli and Russian military industries, but who really knows how deep they go. Surely not I.
