Any specialist moderators on here?

Hi, I have had an ongoing problem with specialist not being able to log in, have been through all the channels on their website but without any response, I have even tried several time so I am wondering if any of our members might be able to get in touch, as I do not want to loose my positive feedback and start again with a new account. Thanks in advance.

I don't suppose they have sent you a E-mail with a link to pay a bill by any chance?.....read on here not many moons ago that this happened to another bocn member,basically they suspended the account until the link was used to pay said bill.....another thing that may be happening if you are using a 'bookmark' to get to the sign on page is that when the sites licence expires the bookmark will not work.
Yes there are two SA moderators on here that I know of.

Hi, This problem is probably getting to be about 12 months old, so my memory of what caused it in the first place is getting rusty, a payment reminder is a possibility but I am sure there are no outstanding accounts. I will check back on my inbox to see if there is anything there. The odd thing is the online message said there maybe a problem with your account contact a moderator, which I did 3 or 4 times but I did not get a reply, I would have thought there would have been ample warning about suspending an account which I do not recall ever seeing. Maybe there is a way for a moderator to check a members history, I had a resepectible feedback prior to this problem and it seems a loss to me and those selling on the site that I can no longer log in to buy or sell, as I said I have purchased many items on the site which has to be good for business. Anyway a moderator has made contact so hopefully we can get to the bottom of it soon.

I have also had a problem with Specialist Auction and tried to contact a moderator several times to no avail.

They never replied to my messages.

I no longer use Specialist Auctions.

Sorry to hear you have also had problems, its a shame as Specialist is one of the few sites that allows us ordnance collectors to buy and sell, I have to say I have a mod looking into this at the moment so will keep you posted. Maybe there is a flaw in their site where messages do not get to the right place, I am not sure but I am guessing these mods are all volunteers which may explain things a little. When it works it is a great site, fingers crossed I can get back on there soon.

Hi, Some good news, our friendly MOD on here has sorted the problem, I am back in business! would like to thank all those who have helped resolve this problem, I now a lot of this work on Specialist is voluntary so thanks again to Specialist Auctions.
