Your nomenclature is correct. umg stands for "umgendert" = modified. This is a development of the normal long A.Z.23.
m.2 V stands for "mit 2 Verzgerungen" = with 2 delays. This fuze has 2 delays to select; 0,2 and 0,8 seconds.
The "normal" A.Z.23 umg has only one 0,15 sec. delay.

How about the other side stampings
I know RH stands for Rh stands for Rheinmetal and S for Sommerda. It was made in 1939. But what about the 327 and the 4b?
