Base detonating fuze cutaway, unknown, who can help?

Hello,
I just reworked this base fuze in a cutaway item, which was previously in a bad shape.
Functioning: Centrifugal force after firing will eject out 3 detents, hold in place by a very thin wire, securing the spring loaded striker in the unfired condition. Simultaneously, a brass shutter can move in the armed position, opening the explosive train of the fuze. Upon impact, the striker holder can move upwards, compressing the large spring, and the 3 locking balls can move outwards, disengaging the striker, which- in turn- will be forced down by the striker spring, activating the primer and setting off the lead and booster charge of the fuze.
Does anyone know the nomenclature of this fuze?, country and time range? There are some similarities to the British fuzes, especially the shape and movement of the shutter assembly, but all the rest is a guess. The fuze has left handed threads and the body is entirely made of steel.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
