Are the vanes/fins or whatever you call them made out of plastic? Looks like one got broken off.

Yes, SG500, they are made with plastic and one of them is broken. Oeps, sorry !

Absolutely not, pzgr 40, it is a part of a french dropped "bomb" ! But wich ?
Length : 209 mm; diameter : 44 mm

I'm really surprised that no one had recognized a STAé 450H, french igniter of the incendiary tank Secan T63, used with "Mystere IV" and "Jaguar" fighter-bombers.
