What company this British 12 Gauge drill shotshell? It is made of turned blue anodised aluminium with a brass base.

The full markings are: Engraved:

DRILL CARTRIDGE
SHOTGUN 12 BORE L15A1

Printed on "case": GE 03-01 448G01
