This is one of the best sites on the web in order to find out what the CIA did and more importantly did not do during the Vietnam War and especially in Cambodia at this time. Not only was their a "Ho Chi Mihn Trail (Truong Si Route)" but a Port in Cambodia called the Port of Sihanoukville. This was at times the main port of military aid to the Cambodian Khmer Communists along with other tribes of the Deng minority who sided with the communists during the war. There was at the time and just inside the border of South Vietnam whereby communist backed Deng/Montanyards lived and fought against the South Vietnamese, FANK (Cambodian Military) and the US. What is also amazing is the French involvement with this port during the Vietnam War along with its relationship with FANK and the Cambodian "Secret Police".
