Could this be a 70mm Schneider?

Hello, I have this 70mm shell and I am wondering if it could be a 70mm Schneider M1908 / Krupp L/14 Mountain Gun? The shell measures 247mm and the driving band is 8mm wide. The fuze has
a diameter of 28mm.
