Same questions - what projectile is it for?
All INERT and unscrews etc.

Double effect fuze, including a percussion system in the tail, and single rotating disc time system, graduations from 3 to 44 seconds with a cross for percussion function, engraved on the upper mobile cone. Made entirely of brass, it had a safety pin (2 rods) blocking the time system concutor. the armng function of the percussion system was special, based on the movements of a tube sheltering the starter-bearer, blocked by a powder grain ignited by the concutor at shooting time and therefore without any stem, unlike most German Fuzes. Used mostly on 90mm projectiles (explosive and shrapnel shells)...Dano

And here is the (obsolete) gun for it. A 9 cm Kanone C73/91 still in use near Verdun in 1916.
