Agree with all of you. What goes thru peoples minds when they make something like this? I do not understand it nor will I ever.
If I was still on the job and pulled him over for a busted out tailight or even as minor as no license plate light and he stepped out of the car and came walking towards me (probably to try and explain to me it isn't real) while I was still in my road office I probably would have put two in the chest and one in the head even though it was just Halloween. Dead because of what he thought was a wonderfully built "FAKE" I.E.D. vest. It just wouldn't of made any sense at that time to his family nor to me.
