European case identification

I was asked for assistance in the identification of this case. I have only the two photos given and the following measurements, followed by the closest that I was able to come in Hawkinson:

diameter at mouth- 137.6mm 140mm
oal length- 1257.3mm 1246mm
diameter of rim- 174mm 175mm

The measurements from Hawkinson are incomplete, and reportedly from a British manufactured, two piece case, identified as a Hontoria, made in 1895. Can anyone confirm, and perhaps identify the stamped markings on the base? The date seems to match, and the case appears to be two piece, but the resolution of the photos is not the best.

Nice case. No idea what it is.
Made by EOC Elswick Ordnance Co in UK. Usual overlapping monogram.
Usually you see a TD in the oval on 3Pr and early cases. F is full charge.
