Explosive projectile 10.5 and 8.8 cm, fuze AZ23 ww2, German

Hi Edwinn,
that is rather broad question. There are many types of "explosive" projectiles with AZ23 fuze. Some for different guns but even different models for one gun.
88 mm projectile should be fuzed with AZ 23/28 fuze. For start you can reference the german manual D 460 ( can be found here: http://michaelhiske.de).

Hi Edwin, I have a suggestion for you: try to supply, measure, estimate measurable values, for example length, diameter, weight or markings on the body of the shell . Also, the description of the inner cavity will come in handy... In general, it is the same for you as it is for me, that the beginnings in any field are difficult and complicated.
