Fins for a small bomb perhaps? Picked up at Detling yesterday. I can't identify. Length 165mm diameter 80mm. Can anyone help?

Hello Tony I was heard to say that the tail unit to a German incendiary bomb with chemical incendiary compound 4 kg B 4 CH. See picture Greeting Harry
