I'm looking for information on this fuze and the bomb that it went on, assuming of course it is a bomb fuze!

Not 100% sure but it might be Vasic fuze for preWW2 Yugoslav 106kg VISTAD bombs. Almost no literature on it, I sow it in the museum so I might be wrong.
